Website
Raccourci, Destination Brocéliande’s web service provider, certifies that our website has been produced in accordance with eco-design principles. Eco-design acts on : – improving the display time of website pages: light to consult = fast to load – reducing the impact of servers on greenhouse gas emissions – automatically reducing the number of photos – limiting the use of videos – reworking the layout of the SIT sheets – increasing the longevity of the website (a complete overhaul is not necessary).
Other actions are underway and to come in order to meet the requirements of the General Ecodesign Standard for Digital Services. This standard is a commitment of the government’s “Digital and the Environment” roadmap, published in February 2021. Led by the Interministerial Digital Department (DINUM), the Ministry for Ecological Transition, but also ADEME and the Institut du Numérique Responsable (INR). It has two main objectives: – To combat the obsolescence of user, network and server equipment; – To reduce the consumption of IT and energy resources.
In September 2025, the environmental performance of the Destination Brocéliande website (www.destination-broceliande.com) was rated at 26/100 (source: EcoIndex). This score is calculated based on three technical indicators: page size, complexity, and the number of server requests.
As part of its continuous improvement process, Destination Brocéliande is committed to regularly assessing the environmental impact of its website in order to reduce its carbon footprint.
