In the heart of the town of Josselin, the Basilica of Notre-Dame du Roncier stands out for its size and flamboyant Gothic style. From its bell tower, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the town and its surroundings. Inside, the Basilica conceals many treasures: the recumbent statues of Olivier de Clisson and his wife, magnificent stained glass windows, the grand organ restored in 1990, and the wrought iron pulpit created by Eustache Roussin, an ironworker from Josselin.
Free admission to the basilica every day.
Free access to the bell tower from Easter until the end of September, every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Suggested donation: €1/person (entrance behind the basilica, from the outside).
Groups must book in advance with the Josselin presbytery (tel: 0033 2 97 22 20 18).
