Basilique Notre-Dame du Roncier

In the heart of the city, the Basilica of Notre-Dame du Roncier stands out for its size and flamboyant Gothic style, offering visitors the unique opportunity to admire the city and its surroundings from its bell tower. Inside, the Basilica houses many treasures: the recumbent statues of Olivier de Clisson and his wife, magnificent stained-glass windows, the grand organ restored in 1990, and the wrought-iron pulpit created by Josselin-based metalworker Eustache Roussin.

Free admission to the basilica every day.
Free access to the Easter bell tower (20 April 2025) until the end of September, every day from 9am to 7pm. Suggested donation: €1 per person (entrance behind the basilica, from the outside).
Groups must book in advance with the Josselin presbytery (tel: 02 97 22 20 18).
