Merlin Biscuit Factory is a small family-run artisan business based in Ploërmel. It specialises in Breton biscuits and pastries, but also produces caramels, chocolates, ice creams, nougats and other sweet treats.
All products are handmade according to traditional recipes. They are available in shops in Josselin, Malestroit, La Gacilly and Paimpont, as well as online.
