The Côté Parc holiday cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the centre of Saint-Méen-le-Grand. You can enjoy all the shops, visit the listed abbey church and quickly access greenways for walking or cycling.

Outside, the gîte has an enclosed garden and a private terrace overlooking a charming animal park where birds, goats and sheep roam: an ideal setting for nature lovers and curious children.

Inside, you will appreciate the large, bright living room with an open kitchen, comfortable lounge and convivial dining room, perfect for sharing moments in complete simplicity. Its four spacious bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests for holidays or group weekends in a warm atmosphere.

Pierrick and Marylène, your attentive hosts, will give you a personalised welcome and ensure you have a wonderful stay.

On the ground floor:

- A room with a desk area and sofa, walk-in shower and washbasin.

On the first floor:
- Two double bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds.
- One bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds.
- One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and washbasin.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
