CPIE Forêt de Brocéliande

The Permanent Centre for Environmental Initiatives (CPIE) is a network of associations working to promote greater awareness of the environment and sustainable development, recognised by the French government.

Steeped in popular traditions, oral culture and a sense of hospitality and guidance, the CPIE's facilitators share their keen knowledge of natural and cultural heritage.
Through discovery classes, nature outings, storytelling walks, conferences and training sessions, they combine culture and education to share their knowledge.

Guided tours and activities for the general public:
- Nature outings and storytelling walks: on foot and by kayak
- ‘Chemin Buissonnier’: promoting a trail that explores the natural and cultural heritage of Concoret through art and nature
- Sac à dos Balad'et vous : a great way to explore nature independently!
- Group accommodation (for 15 to 56 people)
- ‘Local Produce and Crafts Market’ on 1 May
- Brocéliande Biodiversity Festival (April-May 2025)
- Raising public awareness, local events: conferences, evening debates, meetings, etc.
- Workshops on the theme of sustainable and local food.

Youth reception and supervision (Youth and Sport accreditation - Ministry of National Education):
- Discovery class (theme: nature, heritage and imagination)
- Leisure activities for 6-11 year olds
- Themed holiday camps for 6-13 year olds

Training:
- BAFA and BAFD courses
- Civic services
