Sylvain is a food lover who enjoys both sweet and savoury foods. It all started with a desire to eat better, which led him to develop his own recipes and eventually turn them into a business.
He wants his delicacies to delight everyone: adults and children, organic food enthusiasts and locavores, for aperitifs and snacks, with or without gluten, and with limited sugar.
Crackers&Co Bio is therefore an organic and 100% homemade production of savoury and sweet biscuits and aperitif dips with aperitif concepts (crackers, hummus, etc.) and snacks (brookies, cookies, etc.). Made in Ploërmel!
All these delicious creations can be found at markets, local shops (Vannes, Séné, Ploërmel, etc.) and online!
