Our goal is to raise, eat and live... simply but well!

We take great pleasure in sharing our values with our customers (and our animals). We process organic pork on the farm, cook everything ourselves and sell at the markets on Friday mornings in Ploërmel and Saturday mornings in Josselin, as well as at the farm shop (see our Facebook page for opening dates). You can visit the farm by appointment.

We offer a full range of fresh meat (ribs, roasts, belly, etc.) as well as a wide selection of charcuterie (sausages, smoked products, various pâtés, rillettes, ham, black pudding, etc.).

Our cuisine is simple, just like grandma used to make: meat, salt, pepper... no colourings, no preservatives and, above all, no nitrite salts!

Salers beef is sold several times a year on an ad hoc basis. In boxes and retail.
