Established several years ago in the Campénéac countryside, the Pigeon Blanc farm raises around sixty dairy cows that graze on the green pastures of Brocéliande, feeding generously and producing high-quality milk. This milk (30,000 litres per year!) is used to make cheese, which is then sold directly at the farm every Friday from 4pm to 6.30pm. You can choose between Guillery, Tomme, Kampénéac or Petit Pigeon Blanc, all of which are equally delicious. Cheese lovers take note!
