The single storey gîte is situated in the middle of a small hamlet of three houses. The gîte is spacious and offers a 40 m2 living room and a large bedroom of 25 m2, with a double bed (160X200). In the living room, a sofa bed can be folded out for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is spacious with double washbasin, shower, bath, dressing table and washing machine. Separate toilet. Access to the accommodation is private and not overlooked or in close proximity to the owners' house. The little extra: You are 20 minutes from the centre of Rennes, 10 minutes from Bécherel, Cité du Livre and 20 minutes from the Lac de Trémelin and its leisure centre. Don't hesitate to visit the forest of Brocéliande which is only a few kilometres away.
