Completely renovated, the first part sleeps 14 and the second part sleeps 9 (+2 extras). A wooded park and pond await you, as well as a children's play area.

Our gîtes are spacious and designed to accommodate large families, groups of friends or seminars (see description).
What's more, on the 14-bed section, there is a double bedroom and bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility on the ground floor.

This Longère of over 330m2 is in the forest of Brocéliande in a peaceful setting, close to the commune of Paimpont in Concoret, the Chêne Guillotin, the Château de Compère, Merlin's tomb, the Centre de l'Imaginaire Arthurien, the Val sans retour, the Haute Forêt, the Golden Tree, the Barenton Fountain, Porte des Secrets, etc...
Located an hour's drive from the Gulf of Morbihan (south coast) and an hour from St Malo (north coast of Brittany).

There are numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the mythical sites of the Brocéliande forest, where you may come across Merlin, the fairy Morgane and Viviane....... and many others!
La Maringotte de Brocéliande for 25 people is a gîte in 2 parts, in a purple slate farmhouse dating from 1784. It has been completely renovated; the first part sleeps 14 (including a bedroom and shower room for disabled people) and the second 11, which can be rented together or separately. A wooded park and pond await you!
