La Mine d'Or Distillerie

La Mine d'Or is a family-run, artisanal distillery whose ambition is to produce high-quality spirits, including a premium whisky, in Brittany, in the heart of the Forest of Brocéliande.

VISIT AND TASTING:
The Mine d'Or distillery is open for visits and tastings from Monday to Friday at 10:30 a.m. or 3 p.m. all year round (duration: 1 hour 15 minutes).
Come and discover the secrets of how our artisanal spirits are made and take a look behind the scenes at the distillery at the Domaine de Ronsouze. From the still room to the ageing cellars, you will follow the steps involved in producing a genuine, high-quality artisanal whisky, made according to strict, ancestral rules.
After the tour, we will offer you a tasting of one or more of our spirits in the peaceful setting of our Whisky Klub. This tasting is reserved for adults and can be replaced by a non-alcoholic drink.

BOUTIK:
The boutik is open continuously from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm all year round and during school holidays from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm + Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm. You can purchase premium whisky and spirits, produced in the pure tradition of artisan distilleries, such as GALAAD whisky, a genuine French single malt, distilled, aged and blended in Brittany at the La Mine d'Or distillery, as well as SEIZH Gin and the SPEAKEASY range of craft spirits (gin, mint liqueur and rums).
