Our region boasts 300 km of rivers and streams! Home to trout, zander, perch and pike, it's impossible to leave empty-handed... And Lac au Duc is considered the best coarse fishing spot in France.
The ‘Ablette Ploërmelaise’ association manages the fish stocks in these waterways and offers a variety of routes, allowing everyone to enjoy the pleasure of fishing.
From trout in the salmon streams to predators on the Nantes-Brest Canal, Lac au Duc and the ponds: there's something for everyone!

The association also organises practical workshops for its members, young and old alike. These are an opportunity to pass on knowledge between generations and discover new fishing techniques (big bait, finesse, vertical, prospecting, swimming lures, surface lures, etc.).
Regulatory reminders: Night carp fishing is authorised in certain areas - Boat fishing is authorised - launch at ‘Grandcastel’ in the direction of Mauron/Dinan/St Malo. Engine power limited to 6HP.
