Located in the heart of the school farm, the ‘La Touche Locale’ point of sale is an educational resource linked to several courses offered by the school. The idea of a direct sales shop was conceived and came to fruition in 2021.

It serves as a support for practical work in the sales course. It is a real-time exercise for the students, as it allows them to practise outside their internship periods and put into practice what they have learned in theory.

The shop is linked to the agricultural course, as La Touche Locale sells meat raised directly on the school's farm, allowing students to trace the animals from birth to direct sale.

It has also enabled 4EA and 3EA students, as part of their interdisciplinary practical teaching, to design wooden crates to display the products in the shop.

The school's pig production is promoted through various seasonal packages, but beef, milk-fed veal, free-range poultry and apple juice are also available from time to time. To enrich the shop's offering, partnerships with local producers for consignment sales mean that honey, gingerbread, seasonal vegetables (from Maison Quemener) and dry goods such as lentils, quinoa, buckwheat, flour and pasta produced by Saveurs de Langager are also available.

The shop is open every first Friday of the month from 3.30pm to 7pm. Booking is strongly recommended!
