The vegetables here are seasonal, often multicoloured, grown in open fields without single-use plastics, and of course without pesticides since they are organic!
You can find the full range at the weekly market, at the La Basse Chapelle roundabout, on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12.30pm. You can order vegetable baskets to be reserved before Friday noon. Some of the vegetables are also available at the Marché de l'Oust (caterer-mini-market in La Chapelle-Caro), and in summer, at the Domaine du Roc campsite (sold directly one evening a week, but also cooked by the restaurant).
My small market garden has been in existence since 2022, at the entrance to the village of La Chapelle-Caro (Val d'Oust).
I work there mostly alone, unless you count my little four-legged mouse hunter, who helps me out a lot!
