The gîte is located 100 meters from the Canal and its banks, which are home to bars and restaurants.
The owner wanted to preserve the original atmosphere to give the gîte a retro feel. A retro atmosphere, like a whiff of Proust's madeleine. There's a henhouse with free-range chickens and a rooster, and two goats at the shared entrance, so you're guaranteed to hear the sounds of the countryside and switch off. However, there are no animals in the private part of the gîte. Minimum stay 3 nights. Cleaning fee of 119€ required.
