The gite has the following facilities:

- A bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
- A living/dining room with table, armchairs and TV corner (with Netflix).
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and storage space. Access to the bedroom can be opened or closed with a sliding door.
- Free parking spaces available near the cottage.

The cottage can accommodate two people. It is possible to accommodate a third person by adding an extra single folding bed.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
The cottage is accessible from Rue du Révérend Père Janvier (number 11 bis). After passing through the white gate, walk along the cul-de-sac and enter the first white door on the left.
