




Established in September 2023, L'Ovinière de l'Hêtre is an organic outdoor farm raising a local, hardy breed of sheep: Les Landes de Bretagne. This is a hardy animal that can live outdoors all year round, and whose wool can be used to make felt. Eléonor Jicquel shears her sheep using traditional shears and then uses the wool to make clothing and accessories. These products are sold directly at the farm.
Lamb meat is sold in boxes in the spring (reservation by email with a deposit of £50).
Open to the public for groups by reservation. Wool workshops are also available by appointment.
