On the edge of the Brocéliande forest, in the heart of a small village in the Mauron region, the Maison Ruaud bakery opened its doors in September 2009. With a focus on tradition and old-fashioned values, Erwann Ruaud wants to make bread the way our ancestors used to.
The Ruaud bakery offers bread baked in a wood-fired oven, made with sourdough and organic flour. You will also find pastries, brioches, tarts and apple purées from its orchard.
