The inter-municipal swimming pool has a standard 25-metre pool (25 m x 12.5 m, with lane lines and a depth of 2 m) and a leisure pool where children and adults alike can have fun (10 m x 12.5 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.5 m). In addition to traditional swimming lessons for children and adults, including baby swimming, water aerobics for children aged 4 and above, and swimming lessons, you can also take part in supervised aquagym, Vél'eau and circuit training classes. The pool is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Children will find a wide range of swimming and safety accessories to enhance their swimming experience. In summer, you can enjoy the solarium with deckchairs. Open Tuesday to Sunday depending on activities and Monday to Saturday during the summer holidays.
The swimming pool also hosts a competitive swimming association (Union des Nageurs Ploërmelais) and a diving club.

In addition to the classic children's and adults' swimming lessons with baby swimmers, the aquatic school from the age of 4 and the swimming school, you can practice aquagym, Vél'eau and circuit training in supervised lessons.
