L'Authentique focuses on fresh, homemade products. The daily menu varies according to the chef's whims, who takes great care over the flavour of his dishes and delights even the most discerning palates. With a choice of fish of the day, seafood platters and grilled meats, you're sure to enjoy a delicious meal. The restaurant also offers a succulent calf's head.
The restaurant is open every lunchtime from Tuesday to Sunday, as well as on Saturday evenings. The restaurant is also open for dinner from Tuesday to Friday for groups of 12 adults or more, by reservation only (closed on Monday and Sunday evenings).
From Tuesday lunchtime to Friday lunchtime, set menus are available for €21 and à la carte options for €16. At the weekend, set menus are available for €32 and à la carte options for €28.
