L'Essentiel is an unusual setting. This reconstruction of a 19th-century forge, adorned with wood and tastefully decorated, immerses us in a unique atmosphere.
But L'Essentiel is above all a refined and generous cuisine that will delight both your taste buds and your eyes. Gérald, the chef, trained by the greatest, offers dishes with incomparable flavours, cooked with fresh, seasonal produce from the market. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner (except Wednesday evening and Sunday evening). Groups of up to 60 people are welcome.
Closed for holidays from 11 August to 8 September and from 26 December to 12 January.
