We have selected organic, stone-ground flour for an incomparable, authentic taste, as well as organic vegetables for our health and that of our planet. Our galettes are 100% buckwheat and hand-turned. Our crêpes are made with whole milk and organic T65 flour. All our fillings are homemade (organic and local: Sixt-sur-Aff, Rénac, Bain de Bretagne, Carentoir, Masserac) and are added to our galettes using the traditional method of placing them inside the galette.
Opening days in 2025:
Mid-season (All Saints' Day and Easter school holidays and April, May, June, September): open for lunch and dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays: lunch service only.
Low season: October, November, December, January, February, March, excluding school holidays: open for lunch from Thursday to Sunday and on Friday and Saturday evenings.
High season: open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner + Sunday lunchtime.
Opening days 2026:
Restaurant closed from 12 January to 10 February.
Restaurant open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch, and Wednesday to Saturday for dinner.
