For over thirty years, the Boisbras family has been raising their herd of goats with the utmost respect for their environment and their animals. Certified organic since 1999, GAEC Abbaye d'en bas produces farmhouse goat cheese. Almost all of the feed is produced on the farm, ensuring the production of high-quality milk. Thanks to the herd of 140 goats, a range of 10 cheeses is produced on site and sold directly by the producer at markets. Fresh, semi-fresh, flavoured, matured... the little goats from Abbaye d'en Bas are a pure delight.
The cheese is sold at the Ploërmel market on Friday mornings and the Vannes market on Saturday mornings, as well as at the farm on Thursdays and Fridays from 2.30pm to 4.30pm (except public holidays).
