You will enjoy the heated pool (7x13 m, 27°) and the tennis court (common with owners). At ground floor : fitted kitchenette, 1 bedroom( a double bed), lounge, bathroom and shower, wc. Floor : 3 berooms with private bathroom and wc, equipped with hair dryer, bath towels and bath robes. Outdoor cover lounge with bar. Exceptional ! Near to the village character :'La Gacilly' (1 km) and at 40 km to the beaches of the Cotes Atlantique and the Golfe du Morbihan. This cottage is located in a very beautiful environemental context : flowery park with trees (old oak trees, big rhododendrons), grassland ( where you can see running horses), trails nearby to the 'Aff' river, independant terrace with garden furniture.
