After studying textile design at the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperré, Sophie Pinard entered the world of design by creating her own line of lighting fixtures. Her universe is pure, unique and simple. Without reference to the fashion of the moment, she follows her own path, guided by her desire for authenticity and sobriety.
She embraces poetry and dreams, transporting us into a world of plant life and rare, precious woods, from curly sycamore to moiré mahogany, from bird's-eye maple to Macassar ebony...
She elegantly imagines banded shapes in wood leaf, transformed into lampshades and hanging lamps.
Each piece is entirely hand-assembled and made-to-measure.
