Terre Compagne

Located in the countryside, halfway between the Brocéliande forest (25 mn) and the Emerald Coast (45 mn), 30mn from Rennes and Dinan, the Gîte Terre Compagne is easy to access and close to the village of Médréac (1,5 km).

Corinne and Yvon, the owners, welcome you to their micro farm (1.5 ha) in organic farming. They produce fruit, apple juice, jams, vegetables from the garden... They opened in early 2018 this rural gîte with 2 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, and all the comfort you could wish for:
. On the ground floor: a double bedroom (140*190), an Italian shower room, a kitchen/dining room equipped with a dishwasher, a laundry room with washing machine, garden with terrace. The whole of the ground floor and the garden are accessible by wheelchair (PMR).
. On the first floor: an independent bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 cm (large bed 180*200) and a desk, a shower room with shower cubicle and dry toilet, a Moroccan-inspired living room equipped with 2 beds (80 cm) which can be twinned in 160*200, cupboard and bookcase, plus a third single bed as an option

The gîte can be rented by the week, half-week or weekend, either in its entirety (capacity 6 or 7 people) or with only the family room (capacity 4 or 5 people).

Located 1km from the V3 greenway from Saint-Malo to Vannes: cyclists and cycle tourists are welcome! The space is also equipped to receive riders and their mounts...

Nearby: hiking, vélo-rail and megaliths of Médréac, Bécherel "Cité du livre", Dinan, beach (lake at 25 mn, sea at 45mn) and all Brittany to discover...
