Description

Cultivation and storage of cereals: several varieties of soft wheat, rye, buckwheat, lupin, rape, etc. Transformation of these grains into flour: use of an Astrié mill with stone wheels. The bread is kneaded by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven. The farm has held the "Nature & Progrès" label since 2013. Direct sale of the production. You can find my products on order: In Tréal, at the Bodliguen farm on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5pm to 7.30pm. In Bohal, at the charcuterie Terre de Délices on Saturdays from 9am to 7pm. In La Gacilly: at the AMAP on Tuesday from 6.15pm to 7.15pm. In Guer : - at the AMAP on Fridays from 7pm to 8pm; - at the Biocoop SEVE on Tuesdays from 5.30pm. In Carentoir : - at the Trélo farm on Fridays from 5.15pm to 6.15pm; - at the grocery store "L'Etal des Templiers" on Tuesdays from 6pm.
